When all the pressure and worries about life are on your back, there is always some place you can go to relieve this tension. Just by going to this one spot can ease you from all the troubles and stress that is troubling you.
The beach takes away all those problems. It is not just the beach, but the things that surround that can soothe your worries away.
The first warm feeling of that wet smooth soft sand beneath my feet seeping between my toes is comforting.
As I walk along, I take in the calm and peaceful atmosphere that surrounds me, I can hear the sound of the deep waves gently exploring the shore and then gently moving back into the deep ocean again.
